B. Procedure for Enrollment
For Grade Seven Students and Transferees:
1. No transferees will be accepted if she/he has a grade lower than 80% in any subject and if he/she has come from two or more schools already.
2. Submit the report card to the registrar and fill-up properly the enrollment form (Form No. 1).
3. Submit the properly filled-up enrollment form to the cashier and pay the required fee.
4. Get the original copy of the official cash receiptand the enrollment form duly stamped ENROLLED .
5. Submit the following documents to the registrar together with the adviser's copy of enrollment form:
- a. Certification of good moral character.
- b. Certification from the school last attended that he/she graduated valedictorian or salutatorian (for scholarship/ study grants)
- c. Two (2) photocopies of birth certificate.
- d. Two (2) pieces 1 x 1 ID pictures.
6. The adviser's copy of the enrollment form will be given by the registrar to the class advisers on the first dy of classes. Class advisers must not admit students without enrollment forms inside the classrooms.
7. The student is advised to always bring his/her copy of enrollment form with him/her because he/she needs to show it t the cashier when paying tuition and other fees for updating his/her account balance.
8. Students' copy of the registration form also serves as the temporary gate pass until the issuance of school ID. "No ID - No Entry" policy is strictly imposed in this institution.
For Old Students
Same procedures for first year students/transferees, except that: unpaid unsettles accounts in the previous year must be paid in full and clearance must be submitted before enrollment. Students without clearance will not be allowed to enroll.
